Everyone’s time is valuable including mine! Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy, please remember to call or text me as soon as you know that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, and I will be happy to rebook it for you. Less then 24-hour notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount if the appointment is not rebooked. I cannot fill your spot if I do not have adequate notification that you cannot make your appointment. No Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. No Shows will also have to pay for their services before booking their next appointment. There will be absolutely no exceptions for No Shows! Multiple No Show violations will result in not being able to rebook further appointments! If you cannot make it to your appointment, please call, text, or Facebook message me as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. This gives other people a chance to book in your spot and it gives later appointments a chance to come in earlier, but I cannot move people around if you do not give me proper notice! Please understand that I understand that things come up that are sometimes out of your control, but it is sometimes hard to fill a spot if I do not have adequate heads up that you are not going to make your appointment. I also cannot just fill your spot if I do not know that you are not coming so, please be courteous and let me know right away if you are not going to make your appointment.
